• How do I register to vote/How do I make sure I'm registered to vote?

  • You can contact the Smith County Elections office to register to vote and ask about your voter registration status HERE. If you live in another county then you will need to contact your respective county Elections office.

  • Texas residents may also go online to check your Voter Registration status HERE.

• Where can I vote at?

  • Your county elections office can tell you the specific locations for Early Voting & Election Day. PLEASE NOTE: The locations may differ for Early Voting & Election Day. When in doubt, call your county elections office.

• I have questions about voting by mail

  • All questions regarding Voting by Mail can be answered by  contacting your local County Elections department 

    • Smith County Elections Department

• Is there a Spanish version of this site?
